Walk Innovation is a technique discovered by us in the mountains of Zakynthos. The simplicity of the technique belies its potency. We found it by testing it on ourselves and monitoring the results over a series of weeks.

The dynamics involved are simple. Firstly, we have two sides to our brain - left (logical) and right (emotional/creative). When we sit down and think of solutions each of us will tend to favour one side of the brain to the other. This will frequently lead to unsustainable solutions.

Walking, by necessity, incorporates input from both sides of the brain and therefore leads to more sustainable, balanced, long-term solutions to our presenting problems.

In NLP and Hypnotherapy the goal is to occupy the conscious mind, whilst eliciting responses from the unconscious mind. The process of walking down mountains, with no clearly marked paths, provides a wonderful distraction to the conscious mind, while the unconscious mind is free to offer insight onto issues that have been presented for resolution.

The Walk Innovation method provides the key to achieving sustainable results to pressing issues and can be taught in a day. However, our transformational workshops provide a journey which will gift you with tools to get sustainable results, anytime, simply by going for a walk.

This process combines walking, journals, meditation, excercise and daily workshops. All aspects of this experience are optional, though for the full benefit we suggest that you attend as much as possible.
